Through various different forms, our traditional model of residential care has now evolved into a mixed gender service. We currently offer 30 residential placements, in 5 living situations, to many of Scotland’s Local Authorities.
Progressively, we have had to adapt our service to meet the ever changing needs of young people.
We diversify and differentiate our service to allow for more specialised work to be undertaken, both individually and in smaller groups.
We have a best practice base which includes, a Health and Wellbeing plan, robust assessment procedures, and a Restorative Justice model. We also have a Collaborative Interventions Team which supports positive outcomes for our young people.
As well as offering medium to long term care, we also focus on more preventative and short term work, with a clearer family based perspective.
